Welcome to my massage therapy practice! My aim is to help you feel relaxed and assured, knowing you’re in my capable hands. With over a decade of experience and knowledge in various modalities, I am dedicated to providing professional massage therapy services that support your health and wellness journey. Together, we can enhance your overall well-being!
I graduated from Mount Royal University with a 2200 hr Massage Therapy Diploma in 2013. I am registered with the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association.
I started my practise based out of my home in Rosetown in August of 2013. In 2014 I started taking complimentary therapies and esthetic courses to add to my service list and offer my clients more variety in treatments.
I've taken courses from various schools in Alberta and Saskatchewan to acquire certificates in Hot Stone Massage, Fire and Suction Cupping, Applied Reflexology, Aromatherapy & Accupressure, The Onsen Technique, Rattan Massage, Self Myofascial Release, Gua sha, Indian head massage, Facials, Body Waxing, Manicures & Pedicures, Brow & Lash Tinting and Lash Lifts. Most recently I've completed The RMT Pro Facial Massage with skincare.
In 2016, I purchased 418 Main Street in Rosetown, a historical building that was built in 1920. A local crew of tradesmen renovated it from an office building into a Day Spa where I spent the next 6 years practising.
In March of 2021 I decided to move my massage therapy practise to Elrose to be closer to my growing family as we reside on a farm outside of Elrose. I still own and operate S.E Spa 418 Main Street Rosetown it currently hosts 2 RMT's, a lymphatic drainage practioner, an esthetician and a hairstylist.
In August of 2022 I started working out of Rural Roots Hair Company in Elrose. Rural Roots was built in 2013. The salon hosts 6 Hairstylists, 1 Esthetician, and now a Registered Massage Therapist. I aspire to grow my business, continue to learn, develop and perfect my techniques and treatments to better serve my clients.
