About Me
My goal as your massage therapist is to make you feel comfortable, and at ease knowing you are in my capable hands.
With over 10 years experience in the industry and education in a number of modalities its my job to provide you with professional massage therapy services and assist in your health and wellness journey.
Sarah graduated from Mount Royal University with a 2200 hr Massage Therapy Diploma in 2013. She is registered with the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association.

Sarah started her practise based out of her home in Rosetown in August of 2013. In 2014 she started taking complimentary therapies and esthetic courses to add to her service list and offer her clients more variety in treatments.
Sarah has taken courses from various schools in Alberta and Saskatchewan to acquire certificates in Hot Stone Massage, Fire and Suction Cupping, Applied Reflexology, Aromatherapy & Accupressure, The Onsen Technique, Rattan Massage, Self Myofascial Release, Facials, Body Waxing, Manicures & Pedicures, Brow & Lash Tinting and Lash Lifts.
In 2016, Sarah purchased 418 Main Street in Rosetown, a historical building that was built in 1920. A local crew of tradesmen renovated it from an office building into a Day Spa where Sarah and her mother Char spent the next 6 years working together.

In March of 2021 Sarah decided to move her massage therapy practise to Elrose to be closer to her family. S.E Spa 418 Main Street Rosetown was put on the market. Char continutes to run her Hair Studio out of the Spa.
In August of 2022 Sarah started working out of Rural Roots Hair Company in Elrose. Rural Roots was built in 2013. The salon hosts 6 Hairstylists, 1 Esthetician, 1 Reflexologist and now a Registered Massage Therapist. Sarah aspires to grow her business, continue to learn, develop and perfect her techniques and treatments to better serve her clients.
